Mosher Enterprises is a boutique consultancy offering services such as product management, marketing strategy, AI training, agile coaching and related engagements. All work is initiated through customized contracts, such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), tailored to each client’s needs.

You may browse this Site for informational purposes or to contact us about working together. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of any applicable law

  • Attempt to access or disrupt our systems, or our third-party integrations

  • Submit false or misleading information via forms

3. Inquiries and client engagements

Submitting a contact form or message through the Site does not create a client relationship. Formal engagements begin only after mutual agreement and execution of a written contract.

If you engage Mosher Enterprises, payment terms will be defined in your contract. Payments may be processed through secure third-party providers, such as Stripe or Squarespace. We do not store full payment details.

Client-specific content developed during engagements is subject to the terms defined in the governing agreement.
